Does/did Sig ever make a Stipple / Pebble type grip set for the 226?

I really would like a set of grips similar to my 220.  Any help appreciated

Maybe I am mistaken, but I thought all of the late model 226's had the stippled grips?

I would gladly trade my 220 stippled grips for an older set of checkered ones.

What I'm saying is I prefer the stippled grips of the 220 and would like a similar OEM pair for my 226.

Aha!

Try the WTT section of the EE, and maybe also the handgun parts / accessories section...maybe someone out there has a set they would part with, although I think it is more likely you may have to buy them, since lots of guys switch to the Hogues, etc. They should go fairly cheap since there are lots of sets out there.

You already have it covered here, I think.

I've known of these grips for quite a while, but never got around to trying them out.

Burner Grips

Fwiw, for my three 226s (two 9MM, one .40), I've gone from hogue panels and back to the stock plastic back and forth and always ended up with the stock.

Maybe after a good week of overtime I may give these a try.

I took these pictures of my old grips.  Is this what you're talking about?
