During dry fire practice do you see your slide lifting up slightly from the frame when you dry fire? Mine does this. It's not much, probably not more than 5 thousandths of an inch, but it's just enough I can see it. Was wondering if this is normal.

None of my do, but others have reported it. Does not seem to be an issue, and I think Sig says its normal.

Mine does it in both compact and subcompact grip frames. I've researched the hell out of this because I was getting ready to send it back to Sig, and no it appears normal. Load up a mag full of snap caps and insert it, the movement will stop.
