Brand new, until this morning, Legion 229. Upon a detailed inspection after bringing it home from my dealer, I noticed the barrel rests on the slide when in battery. I don't remember my Glocks doing this. Maybe the price tag just has me being extra picky.

Like the others have said it is normal. Mine does that as well as my Beretta 92, if not more so.

Dang, looks like I'll have to find another excuse for my poor pistol accuracy.
