I am looking for the Sig 226 9mm model that has the same inner coating and small extractor as the MK25.

The combat model has the phosphated internals like the mk25. Not sure if that's the model you're looking for. I own a MK25, its my favorite handgun I own. Zero issues with it so far.

I think I found it, Sig Sauer W2269SP P226 Legacy, built on the MK25 frame.
