I carry a Sig p226 Mk 25 and i recently purchased a Streamlight TLR-4 and was wondering if anyone knows of a good reputable custom holster company that doesn't take 2 months to ship you a holster.

You should be able to find what you want from EBay. I bought several from tr_holsters and they have several options to choose from.
