I just picked up a new 226 scorpion with a TB for under $1k!
I'v already have a 226 elite and love it and when I found this deal - I had to pick it up. Once quick question - is there an adapter I can buy to convert the metric threads to 1/2 x 28? |

The scorpions are definitely good looking pistols, no doubt.
I wouldnt even consider trying to get an adapter like youre talking about. The factory threads are left hand, 1/2-28 is a right hand pitch. You cant tighten whatever attachment you put on the pistol without loosening the adapter. If you absolutely have to have the adapter, TROS can make you one. He will tell you the same thing, though. |
