To convert a P226 to E2, you need the new grip panel, new hammer strut, new mainspring seat and decocker.
To convert an E2 back to standard, I'm told you need grip panels, screws and the old decocker (the old mainspring seat and hammer strut will fit in there). The E2 decocker button is shorter than the standard one, meaning you couldn't use a standard decocker with E2 grips. But reverse, what makes an E2 decocker incompatible with standard grip panels? |
