I know I have asked a lot of questions about the SP2022 lately but this is the last one.  Are the contrast sights the 3 dot system they just don't show up at night?  A local shop had a SP2022 with a white dot front site and a back sight with a white dot in the center I think it was a "dot the i" type sight.  Are these the contrast sights or was that just something extra someone put on them.

i believe those are the standard sights on the basic model.

If you want the 3 dot that show up at night you need the Siglites not the contrast which are the plain white 3 dot.
Mine came with the plain white 3 dot but some have came with the dot the i style. I had a set of Siglites installed,  they are made by Meprolight.

I just got the $349 with free shipping Sig SP2022 from Palmetto State Armory, and it came with the I-dot style sights.

I'm going to shoot with them for awhile to see how I like it.

Is it the Exeter or German frame?

Exeter marking on the lower receiver/frame.
