Got a new sig 1911 yesterday this is my first sig and my first 1911. Fit in finish are excellent and trigger feels smooth haven't got it to the range yet but overall very happy once I get some rounds down range will update. This is the tacpac version great package for a reasonable price.

Let us know, I really like how that package is put together.  If I were to spec one out that is exactly what I would want, with the exception of an ambi safety.

Great guns, mine eats anything . Only drawback is the nasty bump on the
grip safety. Really bothers me on my C3 when shooting

Quick! Quick! Get it off the Glock mat before it melts! Enjoy.

That's a nice looking SIG; let us know how it shoots after you have a chance to get in some range time.

Good luck with your new pistol.

well got it out to the range the other day only was able to put 100 rounds down range but all i can say is flawless. Great trigger accurate the only possible downfall is how textured the grips are tears the hands up without gloves on but  i pefer that to it slipping out of my hands.

Don't mean to hijack but I finally got to shoot my new TacOps 1911 this past weekend. I only got to put 125 rounds through it but found it to be more accurate than I am. It's been a while since I've fired many .45 ACP so I am in need of some quality trigger time. The trigger pull on my Sig 1911 is very nice, nicer than any other handgun I have. Now I've never fired a custom or even semi-custom 1911 so I don't know how it would compare. Once during firing the slide failed to lock back after the last round on one of the factory mags, there were no other problems. I fired one magazine of 230 grain Speer Gold Dot ammo through it and there were no problems. I need to fire more of that in it because if I decide to carry it that's the ammo I will be using. If it will feed my 200 grain SWC reloads I will be happy.
