As good as this site is I want to expand my knowledge and have been referred to the sigforumdotcom by many here. i registered as require and received the email verification. Now it says my account is awaiting review before being approved. Apparently this is actually done by a real person. Its been in the pending review status for almost 3 days. Is the guy away for the holidays? anyone have any idea how long the review takes? better yet, anyone here know the guy who does this and can get me bumped to the top of the list  yeah, I can read the threads but I cannot search and would rather not ask questions before looking for the answers myself. |

yeah, I can read the threads but I cannot search and would rather not ask questions before looking for the answers myself. It can take a few days to a few weeks be patient its worth it! Mine took around 2 weeks |

I went to the "contact us" page and there is an email addy for the mod. I wrote a clear, concise and polite email requesting my application be reviewed and they hooked me up withing 48 hours. I would bet they get thousands of one off auto registration requests from folks either wanting to post 1 things or to flood their EE with shit, so to cut down the riff-raff they ignore auto registrations until they get a second, more personal request. At least they know the person is sincere and not just surfing. That's my theory anyways, take it for what its worth. |
