| I just got a used fire dragon 9mm barrel for a good price. I just searched and found that arizonagunrunners.com has them new for around $154. bar-sto used to make them but not anymore. However if you want a bar sto there is a guy on sigforum that has a used one for $200 shipped. The fire dragon I have is just as tight at the .357 sig barrel I have. The bar sto .40 barrel I got actually make the slide rattle more. So the fire dragon should be good. |
| If I'm wrong on what I'm about to say someone correct me please. The 2340 and 2022 should interchange. If my memory is correct the only difference is the frames. 2340 has the funky rail that needs an adapter for use with lights,and the 2022 has the standard rail. Somebody correct me if im wrong been a while since I read up on the sigpro series. |

Um, the SP2009 was the 9mm version of the SP2340.....a 2340 can only swap .357 and .40 barrels....will need an SP2009 or a 9mm SP2022 to shoot 9mm. No mag interchange from the 2009 to the 2340.

| A 9mm 2022 or 2009 can only be 9mm. But a 2340 or a .40/.357 2022 can get a conversion barrel to 9mm. You can't use a 9mm sig factory barrel. It won't fit the slide. It has to be a 9mm conversion for .40/.357sig. Bar-sto and fire dragon make or made these in the past. The slide on a 2340 and .40/.357 2022 is wider than the 9mm models. Everyone says the mags are interchangable but I use only the ones for the caliber. And the slides will work on either of the frames. |

I just got a fire dragon 9mm conversion barrel but haven't been able to use it yet. Hopefully soon. The fire dragon 9mm barrel is fits actually better than the bar-sto .40 barrel I have. With the .40 barrel in the slide seems to wiggle more where the 9mm barrel I have is as tight as the factory .357 sig barrel.
