| Does anyone produce a .22 conversion kit that would fit on a Glock 26? |
| Advantage Arms makes a kit which fits the Glock 26,27,33. I have one and use it on a Glock 27. My kit is the older one with a blued barrel but if functions near 100%. With the aluminum slide of the AA kit this makes a very light trail pistol in 22 or a great little plinker. I find this gun is good for teaching small stature new shooters. I think the AA kit is well worth the money. Look at the option on mags. AA sells a glock 19 length mag with an adapter for the Glock 26 which lengthens the grip of the 26 to the length of the 19. Fortunately the kits for the 26/27/33 are a little easier to find than for the Glock 19/23/32 or 17/22/31/35. |

Just got back from the range with my AA G23/.22lr. Ran 250 rounds through it and had one fail to feed. It was running like a top today. That's 99.6% reliability! I gotta figure out whats up with mine. I probably get 1 feed failure per mag. Its ok....since I know .22's are picky. Plenty of tap-rack-bang practice for me! |

I've had good reliability with Remington Golden Bullets, Federal Bulk Pack, CCI Blazer .22 (black box, no velocity statement). I've had poor luck with CCI "Standard Velocity" (blue box) as not powerful enough to cycle the slide. |

My AA kit for my 19/23 has been a terrific purchase. I have heard that the smaller you go with the kit, the more potential for reliability issues. How's your small kit treating you vascar? My kit for the Glock 26/27/33 has been every bit as reliable as my Target kit for the 17/22/31/35. At long range I can shoot the target model a little better because of the target sights. For 50 yards and in the smaller AA kit is great for shooting 8X11" steel plates. I have 3 AA kits including one for my 1911. I'm sold on them and they are great for training and just plain fun to shoot. My daughter shot my glock 27 with AA kit before going to the police academy. She never had any problems qualifying. |
