So I recently installed a LWD 3.5 connector into my G19.

Afterward, I noticed that when you ride the slide forward it tries to catch right before going into battery. With the trigger pulled, if you ride the slide forward it can actually stick.

It is just something I hadn't noticed before the 3.5 connector.. After a hundred rounds downrange (with no issues), I installed a Glock extended slide catch, and a G17 smooth trigger and had a look around while the gun was apart.. didn't see any incorrectly installed parts, or any bizarre wear.

Thoughts, Glock guru's?

The LWD connector is stronger thereby putting more resistance on the connector cam on the slide.

Did you seat the connector all the way in with a  punch?

Or just push in the connector finger tight?

I didn't use a punch, but it is seated fully I believe.

Hmm, maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I've finger pushed in every connector I've ever installed. All my Glocks work great.

I always use the plastic handle on my armorers tool to make sure the connector is fully pushed in.
