Picked up a NIB Glock 26 two weeks back, and shipped it off to NOVAK a day later. I received it yesterday, and had an all black rear sight put on, with a tritium front.
At 15 yards, it's shooting 4-5 inches low. At 25 yards, I can't touch paper. Any ideas?

Have you let anyone else shoot it make sure it is not you.  Not saying you can not shoot but shooting a sub-compact is different from a full-size because any little bit you are off it is amplified because of the short sight radius.  Most sighting issues are shooter error and sometimes the shooter needs to adjust how he/she shoots with different sights.

How are you lining up the sights also are you leveling the whole sight, the dot, or explain your sight alignment on elevation.

It's probably you.  Have a friend watch you shoot - have them put some dummy rounds in your mags at random - then shoot and have them look for flinch, etc.

Hope this helps,
Mike

Definitely let an experienced Glock shooter give it a whirl before you change anything.

I've been shooting Glocks since 1994 or thereabouts, and never had this problem. My 17 is dead on, but this 26 isn't. I'm aligning the front sight dot just below the middle of the target. When I do, the group is off between 4-5 inches. A friend brought his subcompact Kimber .45 over, and I was dead on with that, so I don't think it's an issue of how I'm shooting. I talked with NOVAK and they said they could make one at .120, VS what's on there now, but that seems low to me.

Oh, NOVAK suggested that I try it at 25 yards, VS 15 yards. When I did so, it wasn't even on paper.

No offense intended here. Sounds like you may very well have an elevation issue with those sights...

Upon closer inspection with the previous plastic sights, the front compared to the NOVAK front is slightly lower in height, and the rear factory sight is slightly taller. These sights are all messed up.  I decided to send it to NOVAK to have a good set of sights installed, and done right. Perhaps I was wrong...

There is some conflicting info about rear sight heights for the Glock 26. Some say it's 6.9/+1 while others suggest it's 6.5/+0 Anyone know for sure?

Glock OEM on the 26 is 6.5/+0.  The 6.5/+0 is standard for the 17, 19, 22 through 28, 33, 34, 35, 37, 38, and 39.  6.9/+1 is standard for the 20, 21, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 36.

Edited to add one more model...

I just got off the phone with Lonewolf, and they say the 6.9/+1 is the proper one, but that 6.5/+0 will also work. AROTEK says it's also 6.9/+1 as well.
