Tell me fellow Glock owners can a 10 rnd mag be converted to standard cap.My cousin purchased a G19 yesterday only to find one of the mags is a low cap.

AFAIK it cannot be converted. The inner metal lining is more narrow than a standard mag, limiting its interior dimension such that fewer rounds fit. An attempt at removing material from this lining and widening the interior would probably be a difficult task and would also probably result in a very unreliable magazine.

I'd say leave the 10 rounder the way it is and use it as a range mag. New full capacity mags aren't tough to find and aren't very expensive.

Thats what we figured. As it will end up as a dedicated range mag and new standard cap are everywhere its not that big of a deal. Thanks for the answer you cleared that up.
