One of the rounds seems to rattle when fully loaded on both of my new factory .45 10 round mags. Nine rounds or less = no rattle. I called Glock and was told this is normal and not a problem. Anybody have the same situation?

Mine do it to... Slap the back of the mag where you can view the rounds stored in mag against your hand a few times it goes away or put it in your pistol it goes away.

Yes, perfectly normal for double-stack mags.  Some of mine do it.  As said above, sometimes a firm slap against something with the baseplate will "seat" them.

Perfectly normal though, nothing to worry about.  I've never had any kind of feeding issues with a mag that "rattled", which I then put in the gun and proceeded to shoot to slide lock.  Not a problem.
