I read some where that the frame on the 17 annd the 34 were the same. Is this true? Can I buy a 34 complete slide and put it on a 17L with out changing any thing else?
Can I buy a 17 slide and put it on a 17L, are the frames the same? And as long as I'm asking tons of questions, will a standard length 22 cal. conversion kit fit the 17L? Edit: Thanks for the info you guys have been very helpful. I have one more question. Can I use a slide for one of the 40cal models on the 17L frame? I have never been a Glock fan but I ran across a good deal on this one and had to have it It felt good in the hand looked cool. I have shot several though the years and couldnt hit any thing with them. I dont remember the exact model but there were 2 9mm, 1 40 cal and a 45. I am hoping I like the way this one shoots. I know you can learn to shoot any pistol accuratly but I wouldnt want to develope new muscle memory for just one gun. It would throw off all of my other ones. |
