Is this part made by Glock? If not who did? Any good?

Pointless, especially if you have a high-thumb grip.

Extended slide locks don't do any good when the slide wont lock back from your high thumb grip.

Say on the website:

Glock Factory Part, Slide Stop Lever w/Spring for the 3 pin Glock models

So yes it is a glock made part.

Just because you have issues with them because of your poor grip doesn't make them "Pointless."

correct, it depends on YOUR grip...

if your a 1911 convert.. you may have issues with the glock ext slide lock.

if you learned the right way from the start, its nice to have but not needed.
