| which do you prefer the g36 single stack or g30 double stack for a ccw gun ???Any pics of your set up ?? |

The 30 shoots much softer, like a full-size gun. It's rather thick though and tough for me to carry being somewhat skinny.
The 36 is rather snappy on the recoil, but it carries wonderfully. It's the thinnest Glock. Good for carry but that thin backstrap will bite into the web of you hand more than other models. I only have the 36 anymore FWIW. |
| +1 for the G36. To be fair, I don't have much trigger time on the G30 but I have plenty between the G17 and G36 (several thousand rounds through both). The G36 is a bit tough to control, especially if you're not used to dealing with big recoil, but it's definatly managable, maybe even moreso for those of use with smaller hands. I've got the Wolff 21# recoil spring in mine and it snaps it right back on target. Also wonderful to carry. |
(they're all the same.)
