I HAVE A G23 , CAN I JUST BUY A G19 BARREL AND SOME MAGS AND HAVE A G23 THAT SHOOTS 9MM ?

No, you have to buy a conversion barrel from someone like Lone Wolf. Outside dimensions of stock 23 and 19 barrels are different. Some people change extracters, some don't, I haven't done it.
