[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Glock +2 mag extensions

Anyone have issues with these? I can only get 1 extra round in instead of 2.

Also, What does it take to get the mag baseplate off? I cant get them to budge.

the +2 is only for 9mm it's only +1 in 40 cal. IIRC they come off the same as a regular baseplate.

Its on 9mm mags.

I must be missing something on the baseplates because they wont budge.

Spend the extra money and buy an Arredondo base pad. They are +6 for 9mm and +5 for 40.

Lots of competition shooters use them because they hold up to tough conditions and can be dropped with out consequence.

You are using a punch or something to push in the tab that sticks into the baseplate first, aren't you?

Other than that, I push them down on a table just on the corner of the baseplate. There are videos on youtube that show it if you can't get it from there.
