Hey guys,
I picked up two factory +2 Glock 19 mags at a gun show today and have a quick question. Both magazines have a shallow vertical groove between the two columns of holes on the back. I've never seen this before - looks like it's intended to be some kind of stiffener or something? It extends from just under the "9mm" at the top of the mag down to the 10/11 holes. Is this something particular to the +2 mags? I wouldn't think so, since I figured they just added the +2 base platest to regular Glock 19 mags. I was happy to find these for $25 each, since regular Glock mags were going for $29 at other tables. Amazing how the price of everything has gone up in the wake of the election. 33 round Glock mags are $50 or higher now - glad I picked up a few when they were cheap so I can keep the zombies at bay... Just kidding. Dave |
