ok I sucked it up and got a glock 30.... what holster do you use? where is the best place to get mags?

Not sure what type of holster your looking for, or what you looking to do with it (conceal carry, open carry, etc). For OC or range carry I use a Serpa holster for a Glock 21. While some people hate Serpas, I am a fan, and like how it works.

Excellent choice! Everyday, for years, I've carried my G30 in a Wilderness Safepacker while on the job, and in an IWB MTAC all other times.

CDNN has them for $19.99

OMB Express has them for $24.99 and has a free shipping special running, but G30 mags are on backorder right now.

Hi,

Botach Tactical (http://www.botachtactical.com/glockmagazines.html ) has G30 mags for $19.95 at the moment.

Unless you have small hands, you may want to try the grip extenders (Pearce or Scherer - I like Scherer, but try 'em both)

It is my daily carry, I also use this holster. I have to dismount carry in my line of work.

I 2nd the Blackhawk Serpa holster. They are in the process of making one specifically for the G30 but for now the holster for teh Glock20/21 works great!
