The G20 shares a frame with the G21 (.45ACP).  Those frames are noticeably larger than the 9/40/357 frames.

Go ahead and get another 17.  That is what I did.  I have 2 hands, needed 2 17's.

A 17 is my only Glock.  If I was going to get another one, it would be a Glock 34, or I have considered a Glock 31.  But it would most likely be the Glock 34.

If you want something that feels like a 17, but not another 17, then a 34 is the natural choice due to their identical frames, parts interchangeability and most importantly, in my opinion, magazine commonality.

I have both and the 17 basically serves as my dedicated home defense pistol, while the 34 serves as my range/outdoors pistol, with some exceptions.

The beauty is that you can transition between the two seamlessly, especially if you install the same connector in both pistols.
