This may be a dumb question but I can get a very very good deal on a 3rd gen glock 27. I wanted a 26 originally but for 350$ in great shape I cam't pass up the 27.

I was told a glock 26 barrel is all I need to convert a 27 to a 26? Is that true at all? Of course the mags would probably need changed also.

If that is true I may go ahead and get a g26 barrel and 1 mag (I have a bunch of g19,17, and 18 mags already).

Then again I may keep it .40 for carry and 9mm at the range.

I am also wondering if a g27/26 is even worth getting. I already have a 19. Is the size difference enough to matter?

just buy it, you know you want to.

And you will need a conversion barrel.  try lone wolf distributors.

Yes the size makes a difference.

I have a g22, g23 and a g27

As stated you need a conversion barrel because of the difference in diameter
from the 9mm to 40 barrels.

Yes and MAYBE the ejector also....
