I've heard that the OD framed glocks look more tan than anything else.  Can someone post a picture of an od framed glock next to something in a flat dark earth?  I'm thinking about getting one of the OD framed glocks but want to see a comparison of the color.

Thanks,
Mark

Wow...the Glock almost looks Coyote Brown to me.

OD G34

AR w/magpul FDE grip/stock, rifle refinished with Norrell's Molyresin.

Not a great pic, but the Glock OD is greener than FDE.

I've had this question too. Is there a possibility that someone could give me a Pantone color number for it? Yeah, odd request but I work at a company that prints napkins and we have the Pantone books around so I can see for myself the color. Then again, I hear that the glock OD varies from gun to gun.

There's a little variation, no more than in any other plastic parts.

They are a brown/green color that looks brown when it's next to green and green when it's next to brown.

ETA:  Not a great pic because the flash causes some glare especially on the OD green but it gives the idea.  Pictured in addition to the Glock are:  Magpul CTR, flat dark earth, Magpul 93B, Coyote Brown, BladeTech AR mag, foliage green, CavArms C4 stock, OD green.

This photo is pretty accurate as far as real life colors go (at least on my particular guns) -- an OD Glock, and OD XD and an OD P3AT.

Like a previous poster said, next to something green, it looks brown, and next to something brown, it looks green.

I think the Glock OD color is ugly as hell, but I also think Glocks are ugly, and I wanted to maximize my ugliness.
