I've heard rumors that an individual who owns a Glock without night sights, can send the slide back to the factory and get night sights put on for a very reasonable fee.

Is this true and has anyone had experience with this.
If so,How long was the wait, and how much was it.

I know that Top Glock will mount on aftermarket night sights if you order it with your Glock.

My night sights were professionally installed then shipped on the gun.

Best investment I have made so far on the gun.

glock can install thier night sights on your glock

it use to be $57 (+ tax if applicable) + shipping (overnight fedex/UPS, ~$35-50, depending on weight and if you send the frame/complete firearm) from you to them; they pay shipping back to you

average wait time was 2-3 weeks; they use Meps, the rears which are std slip ins and the fronts are pressed

OR, you can order the type of sights you want, and i'll bet that you (or a local smith) could install em in 10min or less....most aftermarket front night sights use a 3/16" hex head nut driver (glock specific tool is best) to install and a punch or sight pusher for the rear
use locktite (green is best, blue is next)

just give glock a call and see what they say
