As is typical when I buy a gun with the intent of getting another something happens. Got my 17 in OD, looks great. However my master plan has always been to get a 26 to match.  However, now 26's in OD seem to be unavailable (as well as a number of other Glock models, and for that matter other guns I want). Is this typical with glock's? Just a gap in production till they switch back to OD frames?

Should I just break down and buy black instead of obsessing about aesthetics?

I'm still waiting for the OD G34 I special ordered in late January.  I suspect that they wait until they have a bunch of orders before they run a batch of OD frames.

Hmm that'd make sense, I imagine that's the deal.

Here is one.

FWIW I had to wait for this one a while. I went in to get one last month and was told by the shop owner that they made them in batches. So they are available for a while then not, then available again. I think I need a 26 next in OD of course.

Very nice.  Glocks in colors are growing on me.

+1 The OD green looks great on the Glock. Pictures don't really do it any justice as it looks much better in person.
