I own several of the compact Glocks and find the grooved triggers uncomfortable after sending a few mags of ammo downrange. Will the smooth-faced triggers for the full-size models fit?

You might consider just sanding your current triggers smooth instead of replacing them. I'm assuming you intended to do the work yourself.

file/ low speed dremel and fine grit sandpaper for the finger grooves, and comp trigger face for the finger

Why would you want to sand on a trigger? Just buy a smooth one and get it over with.

I put a smooth one on mine and it was a nice improvement.

I put the smooth triggers on both my Glocks.. I am much happier now...

That's the only modification I've done to my 27 is put a 17/22/31 trigger in it.
