Looking for a .22 conversion for my Glcok 17. Pro? Cons? Input? |
|
>Advantage Arms one of the best. It is ok,... BUT I'm selling mine. (usably one jam, pr. mag.) Ciner http://www.22lrconversions.com/ Did not like this, jammed all the time. (ok, if you like to loade one shoot at a time) Uhl http://www.uhl-gmbh.de/waffen/kk_wechsel/ws_17/ws_17.htm Now personal experience, but I have read that thay are good. But thay cost more than a new Glock. |

Get the Advantage Arms. I have one for my wifes G19. Works fine with the recommended ammo. Mine loves the Remington Golden Bullets from Walmart, very good reliability with it, maybe 1-2 FTF in a 550 pack. It hates Federal bulk pack, can't get more than 3 rounds without a jam. |

Another vote for the Advantage Arms kit. Never had a problem with mine, but if I did, I would call them about it rather than sell it. Avoid Ciener like the plague. If you don't get a kit that runs, you are scewed. They do not take care of their customers. I would buy a separate .22lr handgun before I bought anything from Ciener. |
+1. My AA kit for my G27 runs like a top, and the little gun is perfect for .22. Now if only they made hi-cap mags for it.... |
