I'm planning on replacing the OEM Glock plastic recoil spring guide rod with a stainless steel one.  I've also been thinking about switching the recoil spring out.  Can any recommend a good source for both the guide rod and spring?

I like the Lightning Strike rods. They also come with a recoil spring, its a nice extra.

These folks are good to work with. I did not buy a SS guide rod. I bought a regular steel rod and spring kit.
