Has anybody measured the grip thickness difference between the G21 and the G21SF? Thanks Rigger7 |

I only have a G21 and I like the large grip so much that I have a Hogue HandAll ™ on mine but my understanding is that the thickness (side to side measurement) of the 2 stock grips is the same while the front-to-rear distance is smaller on the G21SF. In other words, the hollow behind the mag well is shorter front-to-back than a stock G21. This means that the grip diameter (for your gripping fingers) is smaller and that the trigger 'reach' (web to trigger distance) is shorter. In addition I understand that a stock grip plug won't fit. Corrections anyone? |
