Anyone ever put in a "drop in" trigger group in their gun?

I have a G23 that is about a year old.  I want a lighter trigger, but I don't want to drop $125-$150 to have a gunsmith do it if I can put it together myself.  I was also thinking about "polishing" some of the innerds' so it's a little smoother.

Just curious if anyone else has ever done this...

Get yourself a Lone Wolf 3.5# connector and then give yourself a 25ยข trigger job by following the instructions and pictures HERE.

I haven't tried the Lonewolf connector, but have been really pleased with their other products, eg., barrels.  Yeah, dropping in a connector and polishing the firing mechanism is an "automatic" for me, when I acquire a Glock.

I put the connector in mine and did the $.25 trigger job about a month after I got my G23.  I'll be doing the same immediately with any other glocks I buy.  It works that well.
