I've got a glock 17 fitted with a M3X that I use for my main duty gun. I've had a glock 26 for years and shoot it really well I just find it really hard to grip. I'm probably going to sell it and get a 19. Any one got a pic of the 26 and 19 side by side or on top of each other? Will my M3x fit on the G19? |

There's a couple comparison photos in this thread: www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=5&f=13&t=43008 FWIW I've been a long time G19 owner and I recently picked up a G26 because I wanted something smaller to carry during the summer when I'll be wearing shorts and a t-shirt. I'm impressed with the small size and I think its going to be perfect. However I did have to add a pinky extension to mine. |

pinky extension added to a 26 is a joke cause then you've negated the gain in size of the grip which is the hard part to conceal go with the 19 for sure, I had one and traded it for the 26 and its been my biggest regret of any gun purchase, the 19 isnt hard to conceal at all and with gaining a slight bit in size to the 26 you lose 30%!!!! of your firepower with the 19 the m3x will fit and I believe thats what my roomate has on his G23, I'll see if I can get some pics of the 26 and 23 (same size as the 19) together, and one with his light, speaking from expierience tho I love my 26 there is no way on gods green earth that I would ever choose it over a 19, it was a dumb mistake I made all because I thought it would conceal better, it doesnt |
| Here's another thought of Einsteinian proportions: Keep the G26 and buy a G19 mag with A&G extension. You can't make the slide and barrel of the G19 shorter, but you can turn the G26 grip in to a G19 grip. For those days when you're more concerned about concealment than grip size, carry the G26 with its standard mag. |
