[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Looking for a Glock 17

I am looking for a used, 2nd gen model 17. Does anyone know of any individual or distributor that is selling those right now? I checked with summitgunbroker, and he is out. I have a gen 3, but I want to find a gen two in good shape and do some minor customizing to it. Thanks in advance.

Thanks, but I tried there. I have another 19 on the way from them. They have 22's and 23's, but I couldn't find any used 17's. 17's used to be really easy to find, but they seemed to have dried up recently.

I have about ten 1st and 2nd generation G17s on my watch list from gunbroker. Just do a search for Glock 17 and look through the pages. I think there were only 3 or 4 pages.

I forgot to say. From the home page, click on semi-auto pistols on the left and then type in Glock 17. Otherwise, you will get a crap load of pages to look through because the search will include magazines and all kinds of other crap.

Try here. They have 17's listed under standard models, but I'm not sure of which generations. They do have some compensated 17's listed also. They also list refurbed Gen 1 &2 17's under the comped ones without a "C" designation which makes me believe that is what you are looking for. Seems like they were just put in the wrong category.
