I have the chance to pick up a like new G17 with night sights and 2 hi-cap mags for $300.00

Is this a decent deal?

Private owner. It has a Trijicon font a ghost ring rear sight.
It came with 3 hi cap mags, over 100 rounds and a holster.

That’s a smokin deal, especially since it comes with 3-33rd mags because they cost about $25ea plus the shipping. Pickup some standard capacity mags over in the EE from Kblagg and you will be set.

Thanks, but it came with 3 standard 17 round mags. I'll pick up one 33 round mag just for fun though

I have not had a 9mm Glock since the mid 80's so I'm not sure what they are.
They are stamped "RESTRICTED LEO/GOVT ONLY" and count up from 17.

bastard......hell yeah that's a good deal........... gotta be a private sale from someone that needs money or doesn't have a clue what used guns and mags are worth.

I guess I got a good deal, I see Clyde Armory has G17 LEO trade-ins listed for $350.00 with one mag...

I got more for less and that works for me.
