What are the best Glock (specifically G21 or G23) out there? I have a few factory mags, but they tend to jam more than I would like.

The best in my opinion are factory.  Could your problem with yours be ammo or the way you are holding the firearm?  What type of jams are you having?

If you're having jamming problems with multiple Glocks, it's you,not the mags or gun.

+1 more ...  Try cleaning the mags (if you haven't already).  Doesn't matter
how well kept the gun is if the mags are not taken care of.

I think Sig says in the owners manual:
"A gun is not clean unless the mags are too"

Are they 10 rounders or high capacity?

The 10 rounders can be problematic.  The factory high capacity magazines should function well.  Inspect the magazines for damage at the feed lips if they are high capacity and unreliable.

Only buy factory mags for my Glocks and I have never had a problem with any of them.
