check-out the Safariland 6004/6005 series.    Not sure if they make it for that gun/light combo yet but they're excellent thigh rigs IMO.

+1.  My next thigh rig will be for my new G19 and mount it inside the HSGI platform.

HSGI is real sloppy, even with a holster for a weapon mounted light.  stick with the Safariland, trust me!

should be the same holster used for the M-6.

The HSGI flap that wraps around the holster is sewn too wide.  When you sinch it around the holster, it pulls the leg strap away from you leg, leaving the holster flopping around.  I bought mine a couple years ago, maybe they fix it to contour around the safariland holster better.  Also the leg drop was way too long and I'm 6'.
