Alright, I'm finally ready to take the plunge into the world of Glock, and I decided it might be a good chance to explore this wonderful cartridge known as the 10mm, since Glock really is the only solid 10mm platform out there. My question(s) for you guys is quite simple, and I apologize in advance- this looking at a 20 was kind of a last minute idea, and I'd like to get the info asap so I can get the ball rolling on this purchase...whats the best place to pick up a G20, whats the best practice ammo available, as well as defense loading, and where can I get mags for this thing? Are they specific to the 10mm, or do other mags work alright? Thanks for the help guys! Scott |

welcome to the 10mm club the best place to pick up a G20 online is probably the EE, gunbroker, and a few of the other online stores (check out sportingarms.com, etc), also, your local shop might have one for a good price expect to pay ~$525+ for a NIB best ammo: probably the loads from Double Tap Ammo i also prefer the Winchest Silvertip 175gr JHPs mags: check in the EE or "kblagg" there for some mags; midwayusa is another good online source--they are running ~$18 apiece they are specific mags--10mm only, double stacked that fit the G20(C) and G29; the .40sw mags are too short length wise and the .45acp mag lips are too wide Other glock/10mm info |
Damn 14 is better than I thought, thanks for the heads up. I was planning on paying atleast 16... Scott |
