What are your recommendations for the best (meaning in my case the 'flattest' profile ) inside the waistband holster for the Glock 26 and/or 19?  It must have been asked before, but it ain't here now!

I just recently picked up a CTAC slide to use with my 21/30. I really like it, and think it is just a hair thinner than the VMAX.

Yes there is  I tried the CTAC and it was nothing like I expected.  Try the Threat Solutions UCR.  It is the thinnest, most comfortable IWB rig there is.

Milt Sparks VM2 or Watch Six are great. I currently have one for my Walther P99 and Colt Defender. I am also waiting on a VM2 for my Glock 19.

Sorry no photo with a Glock, but I have a Tucker Gunleather holster called "The Answer" for the G19 and it is very flat and very comfortable.

It looks like hell, but the very comfortable leather combined with the thin kydex is a great combination.  You always hear the description of a holster that you can "wear it all day."  This is truly something you can run around in all day long without noticing it or discomfort.

Photo below is just so you can get the idea of what it looks like, but oboviously not a Glock:

I just bought a Gould & Goodrich IWB for my Glock 27. I had never tried one before and was very dissappointed - It was uncomfortable. My reccomendation is to try one before you buy.

Instead, I bought this:

I am very impressed so far. The pistol fit is very tight, but hopefully I can ease that up a little. Not too bad for $20.

I ahve one too, it's a great holster, but the poster was looking for an IWB, not an OWB holster.

I just bought a G27 and bought both a Milt Sparks Summer Spec and a C-tac.  I personally like the c-tac.  The only downside is that it seems to scratch or wear the slide of the gun a little.  However I bought it for carrying and not looks.  Some people prefer looks.

Milt Sparks Watch Six--slimmer than the VM2 (not to mention a lot cheaper).
