Is the new extracor w/ loaded chamber indicator a drop-in replacement or are any other different internal slide parts required to upgrade to this newer version?  TIA&GB

Update:  I called Glock & the techie on the other end assured me it was a drop-in replacement.

Yep, I am installing mine right now.  It's an upgrade, but there is nothing wrong with the old part.  The only reason we are upgrading is so as our dept grows (as it is) the older weapons are exactly like the ones we are buying.
