I need some suggestions.  Saturday night I decided I was going to start painting the inside of my house, soo I saddled up bought the paint a large bottle of Captain Morgans, and of course as usual my Glock 19 stayed in a holster on my hip.  In the process of painting and drinking I spattered white paint on the frame of my Glock.  So any suggestions as to how I can get the paint off of the Glock without removing, the black as well?

If it is water base paint just use soap and water.

Strip down the receiver, grab an old electric toothbrush, and go to your kitchen sink.
Run some hot water and use some dishwashing soap with the electric toothbrush.
It's called combat tupperware for a reason.
If that fails to remove the paint, there is always (shiver) carb cleaner.
