Any out there running the Lightining Strike captive SS guide rod and spring? Was woundering if they are better/more durable than the stock setup? Would you run it on a "bet your life" weapon like your your personal CCW weapon? Thanks......Trapfan |
I don't have the LS guide rod but the one I do have has been running for years in my G32C(I use the G23 barrel, w/SS rod & #20 spring - for CCW). The heaver spring eliminates the "slide peening" issue that it used to have. Most of my Glocks have replacement guide rods even some of the 9mm if they start to show signs of peening.
