The first guy had it correct, it's just one of the aftermarket full auto conversion devices. Which you don't have the proper permits to possess.  It should be pretty obvious since you linked the photo from a website called machineguntours.com

It was labeled g18 which it isnt so that threw me. But thanks and I promise to get all the permits before I buy it.obviously
