At one time I owned 9 Glocks at one time.  Over the years I sold them off and for the past 6 years I have been into Sigs and RRA 1911's.

I have a pile of Glock accessories and stuff that I can no longer use.  Since I cannot get what it is worth, I am considering getting into Glocks again.

Most of the stuff I have is for the 19/23 and 26/27 series.

I really like the 21 and would like to get a larger caliber.

Since I have been gone so long, what advice do you have to offer on the models and the concerns many have had with the recalls and the frame issues.

I am so out of the loop, I don't know where to start.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

If you want a G21 then get yourself one!  It was my first Glock & still one of my favorites.  The rail issue came upwith some (but not all) of the pistols with the 'E' series serial numbers.  My 21 has the 'E' prefix & was not affected.  You might want to get ahold of a 2nd and 3rd generation pistol & see which grip suits you better.  I prefer the 2nd gen (without the finger grooves) myself.  The 3rd gen also has the rail to mount a light.

I reckon that since you have all of those accessories for the compact & sub compact sizes you're just gonna have to buy one of each of them as well!

If you like the size of the G19/23 & want a larger caliber you might want to check out the new G38 in the .45 GAP.  That's my next one....
