| It boils down to him being an HK fan. I also noticed the Glock he dropped on the ground was a 34 or 35 with at least a couple mods. My Glocks do not have mods and maybe the VP9 is a better pistol, but at this point it would have to be several magnitudes better to justify switching. I'd be throwing away more trigger time than I can calculate, holsters, and mags. Certainly wouldn't do it based on the opinion of a random dude on YouTube. |

He borders on almost making a valid point. Something to the extent of "the Glock sucks until you change this this this and this" I got the impression he was implying that the gun was virtually unusable unless you changed a bunch of parts. That's his opinion, and he's welcome to it. While I love me some modding, I was actually shocked/disappointed at how well I could shoot a stock Glock. I had already spent tons of money on 1911s, and then tried M&Ps and was having a hard time shoot well with an M&P9 (could oddly drill holes with my M&P45c) and I went out and tried a stock Glock 17 gen3. Well hot damn if I didn't make one ragged hole in the middle of the target without even trying. And better yet?! It just worked. No fuss with mags, or failures to lock open, or being ammo sensitive. It just went bang. Needless to say I had a gen 3 17 soon after and it was nothing but reliable until I started fucking with it. Now I have two 19.4s that I've kept close to stock and the 17 is the "tinkerin" gun and I've sold off most other platforms (including an HK VP9, and HK45c, and USP9). The Glock works for me with the littlest amount of effort. But I can totally see that not being the case for everyone. That's why I try things, and I think other people should too. His video is simply click bait, and it works. |

It is his opinion that Glocks suck, however, it's a dumb ass opinion. I have owned a whole lot of Glocks in past years and still own a bunch of them. Out of all the Glocks I have shot and owned, only one gave me any trouble at all and it was my Vickers FDE RTF2 G19. The fix was just a simple extractor swap and it's been GTG.
Glocks are by far the most simple hand guns to maintain, repair and mod. The aftermarket support for them is incredible and endless. Try breaking down a VP9 or USP in comparison to a G17 or G19 and get back to me. This is a VP9 I broke down last week.

Hate to say it but I actually agree with him. While he is trying to be humorous he is kinda right. I HATE glocks because everytime I try to find a new, more attractive, ergonomic, newly released handgun that does the job better and cheaper than my glock 19, I cant. It makes me hate Glock. I can never justify buying and especially carrying anything but a glock. And I want soooo badly to buy new handguns. My safe looks empty because of Glocks
