Was Battlefield Green a one time thing?   I know that it was a distributor exclusive for Amchar.   I really wanted a BFG G17, but didn't pick one up when they were available.   Now they are either scarce, or command a premium price.  Anyone have any idea if we'll be seeing more of them in the future?

You'll see more if a distributor commits to a large purchase (probably 100K+), outside of that I think Glock has been clear they won't produce firearms in anything other than black.  I wouldn't pay a premium for them, as they are no different than any other Glock.... except color of course.

That said, I'm a big fan of the BFG, FDE, and Grey Glocks

That's pretty much exactly where I'm coming from.   Can't bring myself to spend a premium on one.   But I want one.

So glad they came out when I was making the decision to get my first new 19. It's super sweet. Only problem now is finding a company that I'm willing to let stipple it.

The Slide will hopefully be back from milling at ATEI within a month.

That's a nice looking gun.   I would be happy with it exactly as it is.

There are some 19s on Gunbroker, but no 17s.   The 17s seem to have vanished.

You could always wait and see what Vickers '17 ends up being.

I have no problem stippling black glocks. Or even FDE glocks. But this BFG is special to me. So I want to make sure it's done right.

10K pistols for a custom color according to Glockmeister.  I'm sure there are exceptions for the largest distributors.

I don't understand why Glock doesn't do more limited runs of different frame colors. It's injection molded plastic. It can't be that hard.

Just did a screenshot of Glockmeister BFG Glock page. Attached File

I got a BFG G43 from them last month. And I was going to get two BFG G26's, but at the time they were out of stock. Just so happened PSA had BFG G26's, so I got a pair from them. Works for me.

Amchar will have more BFG G17s later this year. December is what my rep told me.

You could always do what I did... Buy a BFG G22 and a black 17 and then swap slides

I should have bought the new BFG G19 I had in my hands at a gun show last weekend.

I have a BFG 19 and 43. For some reason I like colored pistols. I bought them as soon as I saw them. My high use range pistol is a Lipsey's cerakoted tan 19, it's holding up well.
