Trying to decide on 13# or 15# recoil spring w/ ISMI guide rod.

G34 Gen 3
3lb striker spring
ZEV v4 striker

My go to round is the AE 147 flat nose.

I'm trying to reduce the slide from nose diving after shots. But I'm worried the 13# may increase felt recoil?

Gun Specs
ZEV Fulcrum Ultimate trigger (just a tad over 3 lbs)
ZEV 3lb striker spring
ZEV 3lb skeletonized striker
Medium weightier plug
ZEV magwell

Simple answer is you won't know until you try a couple different springs.

Unless you're reloading for a specific load, I wouldn't go too light.

This depends on your load.  Start with the 15 then move down as needed.

With 147's?  Unless you're loading them hot go 12#.  I'm using a 12# in my Production gun with 125's and love it.  Shoots nice and flat, for a Glock with a heavy ass slide.
