Hello,
I picked up a 17L recently, any recommendations on a preferred set of sights from other 17L owners? TIA |

ETA: the 17L requires different height sights than all other Glocks. Most sight mfgs don't make sights in the right height for the 17L. The nice thing about Dawson is their Perfect Impact Policy so if you order a set from them and they don't shoot to the right POI, they'll give you a new front sight for free. |

Dawson precision sights with the fiber optic front sight are very good. I have them on a 35 and 17 and really like them.
My 17L wears a 10-8 rear sight with the matching tall gold bead front sight. The Gold Bead is deadly on plates up close and does well on steel out to 100 yards. |

Had those for a Glock 34 and the vertical point of impact was WAY off - I know they'll send you replacement sights but I wasn't screwing with them and gave them away. YMMV |
