I currently carry a G19 Gen 4 with Trij HD's and have been thinking about switching to the MOS for EDC?  Thoughts on this?

I have 2 G19 MOS.  They are my favorite guns.  I've been CCW'ing my 19 with an RMR for about a year now.

I opted for the dual illuminated RMR because I didn't want to have to deal with batteries.  It's a great sight.

I have 2 different holsters that I use in rotation depending on what I'm wearing.  The G Code Incog and the Trex Arms Sidecar.  Both holsters work really well.  I enjoy carrying AIWB but, full disclosure, I'm very skinny.  It's very easy for me to do it.  I'm absolutely hooked on using red dots now.  Apparently, there are a few companies out there milling Glock 43 slides to fit a micro red dot (Not RMR, something smaller) and I'm impatiently waiting to see how they turn out.

Here is the Incog

And here is the Trex Sidecar.

Considering I had a 17 and an M&P, both with RMRs, who failed within the first 1,000 rounds.  Nah......

I wouldn't buy an MOS for that reason. Get the one you have milled, it's better anyway.

If I was buying one anyway, I would still buy a regular one and have it milled, which is what I just did, again.

The reason I didn't go with the milled slide is the limited optic options and I didn't want to permanently modify my gun.  I have an RMR on one MOS, a Fastfire 3 on another one, and a DeltaPoint on the third. If you're for sure going to go with an RMR, then milling is reasonable.  I also like the fact that I can undo everything I've done to my guns so far.

Personally speaking, I have only used JagerWerks. I love their work.
